Since our founding in 1986, Diablo Management Group (DMG) has provided more than 500 troubled corporations with hands-on management and advisory services with the sole mission to increase the value of its clients' assets. John L. Kirsten
John Kirsten, a Principal with Diablo Management Group since 1990, has spent more than 40 years in the high-technology industry, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, domestic and international business development, turnaround and crisis management, interim management, and executive general management.
Prior to DMG, Mr. Kirsten spent more than 15 years in technology manufacturing, holding Vice President of Operations positions with Shugart Corp., Lasertron Inc. and Orion Research, and Manufacturing Directors positions with Compugraphic and Exxon.
Debbie S. Kanner
Ms. Kanner joined DMG as a consultant and project manager in the turnaround and workout/restructure business in 2000. Since then, she has lead and managed projects including various intellectual property sale (IP Sale) projects, interfacing with the engineering, HR, finance and marketing departments of client companies.
She also has considerable small business management experience in service businesses, retail and real estate.
